Success a result of Happiness

Our culture promotes that happiness is a result of success. However I found this Ted Talk which I found interesting that the reverse is actually true.

In my search this week for balance to juggle work/school/blogging, I found this speech empowering that there is a 'Happiness Advantage'. :-)
